Recently, Shenzhen Highpower Technology Co., Ltd., Springpower Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and Icon Energy System (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. were respectively recognized by Department of Science and Technology of Guangdong Province as the “Guangdong Engineering Technology Research Center of High Performance Ni-MH Battery and Rare Earth Hydrogen Storage Material”, “Guangdong Engineering Technology Research Center (Springpower) of Ultra-high Voltage and High Energy Density Li-ion Battery” and “Guangdong Engineering Technology Research Center of Platform Design and Safety Research Project in Li-ion Power Battery Pack”. Until now, all of the wholly-owned subsidiaries of Highpower Technology have been identified as the “Guangdong Engineering Technology Research Center”.
